      How do I get access to view your wholesale prices?

      A:

      Prestige Salon Supplies supply products and equipment intended for professional use only to qualified hair and beauty professionals at wholesale prices. To become a trade customer with us, you will need to apply for a trade account. Please create a customer account along with emailing us through your Australian Business Number (ABN), diploma, certificate or student enrolment form to info@prestigesalonsupplies.com.au. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get in touch. Once your application has been approved please allow an additional 24 hours for your account to be updated to a trade customer.

      A:

      Yes we do. We are located at Unit 1/121 Dixon Road, Rockingham WA 6168.

      What payment methods do we accept?

      A:

      All prices are quoted in Australian ($AU) dollars.

      We accept card payments through our secure checkout including Visa and MasterCard. We also offer Direct Bank Deposit and PayPal as payment methods.

      N.B: We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

      We ensure your purchases are securely protected with PayPal. For further information regarding your credit card details or payment details please refer to our Privacy Policy.

      If you opt to pay via Bank Deposit, the deposit must be made immediately with payment clearing in our account within 3 business days. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

      What are your selling terms?

      A:

      All customers are required to register an account before making a purchase. As a wholesale supplier we sell products and equipment intended for professional use only for the hair and beauty industry. New trade customers will need to apply for a trade account and email their ABN, certificate, diploma or student enrolment form to info@prestigesalonsupplies.com.au.

Our professional list of brands includes Cuccio, Ahava Skincare, Kaaral, Maraes, Rich Hair Care, Fudge, De Lorenzo, Juuce, Cureplex, Adam & Eve, Caronlab Australia, Rica, Lash U Lashes, Moroccan Tan, Black Magic, Santelle, Vani-T, ibd, Joss, Perfect Nails, Refectocil, Anna Lotan, Amazing Hair Extensions, Wahl, Makarizo, Hi-Lift  and more.

      How much is freight?

      A:

      All orders are sent via Courier Service or Australia Post when full payment is received.

      Perth – Metro Area: PEP Couriers which usually have a 24-48 hour turn around. Pricing starts at $7.95 for deliveries up to 20kg.

      Perth – Country: Toll Ipec $18.95 for deliveries up to 5kg. This is an overnight service.

      Perth – Interstate: Australia Post Express Satchels $15.00 for deliveries up to 3kg.

      Fastway Couriers Capped Freight $25.00 for deliveries up to 20kg. Please allow 6-8 working days.

      N.B: Pricing is subject to change without notice.

      N.B: Shipping is within Australia only.

      Additional shipping charges will be made to the customer if the shipping method selected is incorrect.

      Where is my package?

      A:

      If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please email sales@prestigesalonsupplies.com.au to get an exact delivery estimate. Please note that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.

      Refunds & Returns?

      A:

      We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

      But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, this is when the item:

      . has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

      . is unsafe

      . is significantly different from the sample or description

      . doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed

      Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

      If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

      Please keep your proof of purchase – eg your receipt.
